These Terms and Conditions govern the use of eVignette24.com and the purchase of services offered through the Website.
1. Service Provider
The Website and the services available through it are operated by the owner of eVignette24.com, hereinafter referred to as “eVignette24”, “we”, “us” or “Service Provider”.
Contact:
2. Nature of the Service
eVignette24 is an independent intermediary service assisting customers with the purchase and registration of electronic road vignettes issued by competent authorities or official road toll operators in European countries.
eVignette24 is not a government authority and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government, road authority or official vignette operator unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers may usually purchase a vignette directly from the relevant official authority without using our service and without paying our Service Fee.
By placing an Order, the Customer instructs and authorises eVignette24 to arrange the purchase or registration of the selected vignette using the information supplied by the Customer.
3. Definitions
Customer means any person placing an Order through the Website.
Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Official Operator means the governmental or authorised entity responsible for issuing or registering a vignette in the relevant country.
Vignette means an electronic road access entitlement registered for a particular vehicle.
Official Fee means the amount charged for the Vignette by the relevant Official Operator.
Service Fee means the fee charged by eVignette24 for processing and arranging the Order.
Order means a paid request submitted through eVignette24.com.
4. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The Customer confirms that they are authorised to provide the vehicle information submitted with the Order.
5. Ordering Process
Depending on the relevant country, Customers may be required to provide:
- country in which the Vignette will be used;
- vehicle registration country;
- vehicle registration number;
- vehicle type or category;
- fuel or powertrain type;
- requested Vignette validity period;
- requested starting date;
- email address;
- other information required by the relevant Official Operator.
Before payment, the Customer is provided with an Order summary and must verify all information carefully.
Successful payment does not mean that the Vignette is already active.
The Order is considered fulfilled only after eVignette24 confirms that the Vignette has been successfully arranged or registered.
6. Accuracy of Vehicle Information
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct.
Particular attention should be given to:
- registration number;
- registration country;
- vehicle category;
- fuel or powertrain type;
- validity period;
- start date.
Incorrect information may result in an invalid Vignette.
Once a Vignette has been registered with an Official Operator, modification, cancellation or refund may be impossible.
eVignette24 is not responsible for fines, toll charges or other consequences caused by incorrect information supplied by the Customer.
This does not apply where the error was caused directly by eVignette24.
7. Prices and Service Fee
The final price is displayed before payment.
The amount may consist of:
Official Vignette Fee + eVignette24 Service Fee = Total Price
The Service Fee covers services including:
- processing the Order;
- arranging registration;
- payment processing;
- administration;
- customer support;
- delivery of confirmation.
The price charged through eVignette24 may therefore be higher than the price available directly from the Official Operator.
8. Currency
Prices may be offered in different currencies.
The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable by the Customer.
Banks, card issuers or other payment providers may separately apply currency conversion or transaction fees.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include:
- payment cards;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- BLIK;
- other methods supported by Stripe.
eVignette24 does not store complete payment card details.
10. Order Status
An Order may have statuses including:
- Payment Received;
- Processing;
- Completed;
- Failed;
- Cancelled;
- Refunded.
Until the Customer receives confirmation that the Vignette has been successfully registered, the Customer must not assume that the Vignette is active.
The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that a valid Vignette exists before using roads where one is required.
11. Processing Time
Processing times displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may take longer due to:
- service hours;
- public holidays;
- unusually high demand;
- verification requirements;
- payment issues;
- technical problems affecting an Official Operator;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should order sufficiently in advance.
12. Official Operator Rules
Each Vignette remains subject to the rules of the relevant country and Official Operator.
These rules may determine:
- validity;
- eligible vehicles;
- exemptions;
- amendments;
- refunds;
- cancellation;
- transferability;
- start dates.
eVignette24 cannot override decisions or rules imposed by Official Operators.
13. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a right to withdraw from certain distance contracts.
Because Vignette Orders are normally time-sensitive, Customers may request that eVignette24 begin providing the service immediately.
During checkout, the Customer may therefore be required to expressly:
- request that performance begins before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw may be lost where permitted by law.
Where performance has started but has not yet been fully completed, any refund may be reduced proportionately where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
14. Order Cancellation
A Customer wishing to cancel an Order should contact:
as quickly as possible.
Cancellation is normally easier before processing begins.
Once a Vignette has been purchased or registered with an Official Operator, cancellation may no longer be possible.
15. Errors Made by eVignette24
If the Customer supplied correct information but eVignette24 incorrectly processed the Order, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- correcting the registration;
- arranging a replacement;
- providing an appropriate refund.
16. Failed Orders
If we cannot arrange the requested Vignette after receiving payment, we will normally:
- contact the Customer to resolve the problem; or
- issue an appropriate refund.
17. Customer Support

20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original Website design, software, branding, texts and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the owner of eVignette24.com.
Names, trademarks and logos belonging to governments, authorities and road operators remain the property of their respective owners.
Mentioning an Official Operator does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
21. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, Official Operator outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
22. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Subject to mandatory consumer protection law, eVignette24 is not responsible for consequences caused by:
- incorrect information supplied by the Customer;
- driving before successful Vignette confirmation;
- Official Operator failures;
- changes to government rules;
- inability to modify an already registered Vignette;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
23. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
24. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated where necessary due to changes in:
- law;
- services;
- payment methods;
